2/3 rabbits
1/2 onion
salt&pepper
flour.
I remove the meat from 3 rabbits then mince it all up add about 1/2 an onion and season, mix then make into burger shapes and cover in flour and shallow fry, quite simple and easy.
Put in a burger bun and there you go.

Tom, try adding a little sausage meat or better still minced belly pork to the mixture,  you will find that the burger will not be so dry then. Wink

Bunny Burgers are awesome, when I make them I also mince the heart, lungs and kidneys to give it a meatier taste.

Use the same mix and roll into balls to make meatballs and cook in Bolognese sauce to give a new twist to Spaghetti Bolognese
