Title: Rabbit burgers Post by ferretertom on Feb 19th, 2010, 2:52pm 2/3 rabbits 1/2 onion salt&pepper flour. I remove the meat from 3 rabbits then mince it all up add about 1/2 an onion and season,mix then make into burger shapes and cover in flour and shallow fry, quite simple and easy. Put in a burger bun and there you go. |

Use the same mix and roll into balls to make meatballs and cook in Bolognese sauce to give a new twist to Spaghetti Bolognese ;) |
